Guiding Creatives Towards Spiritual And Emotional Health.

Our holistic process helps creatives maintain strong relationships with their family, friends, and God despite the heavy demands of their lifestyle & career.

What We Do…

Soul Care Nashville offers a safe and confidential space for music industry creatives, to receive coaching; that takes a holistic approach to help artists achieve spiritual and emotional health, leading to stronger relationships with their loved ones and God. This is what we call "soul care."

We ultimately desire to help creatives manage their inner lives BEFORE they find themselves in crisis.

At Soul Care Nashville, we believe that the Scriptures hold the solutions to the universal problems, pain, and pressures that creatives often encounter on their journey.

This can be done virtually or in person.

Why does your SOUL need CARE?

Self care has become more than just a buzzword in our culture today; it has become a new way of life. However, despite its popularity, many people are still struggling emotionally and with low self-worth, which raises the question of whether self care is truly effective long term. In reality, what's needed is a shift in perspective from self care to soul care. This is the answer to achieving long lasting emotional health.

The soul is the essence of who you are. It’s where your will, dreams, desires, thoughts and emotions live. When your soul is healthy, you are healthy!

Emotionally and spiritually healthy individuals are self-aware, and have greater control over their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, which enables them to cope with life's challenges, maintain perspective, and bounce back from setbacks.

My desire for you, is God’s desire!

“I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
3 John 1:2
